Vitamin B6 and C are recommended to supplement for physical fatigue, during pregnancy and lactation, and when strength is decreased due to illness or after illness. They are also used for the prevention and treatment of iron deficiency anemia.

Dosage and Administration

Adult dosage

For individuals aged 12 years and older and adults, take 1 capsule once daily.

Precautions

This medication can cause fatal poisoning if ingested in large amounts by children, so it must be stored out of reach of children. It should not be taken by individuals allergic to any of the ingredients, children under 12 months of age, people with certain iron metabolism disorders, or those allergic to soybean oil, soy, or peanuts. During treatment with this medication, it should not be taken simultaneously with phosphates, calcium salts, certain antibiotics, antacids, and specific drugs like levodopa. Patients receiving medical treatment or those with certain kidney diseases, gastrointestinal diseases, heart problems, pregnant or lactating women, and patients with metabolic disorders should consult a specialist before taking this medication. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, rash, abdominal pain, cramps, or fever occur during use, discontinue taking the medication immediately and consult a specialist. Long-term high-dose use can lead to side effects such as nerve damage, blood abnormalities, gastrointestinal ulcers, liver damage, and hyperuricemia, so caution is needed. Additionally, this medication should be taken as prescribed, and it is advisable to avoid certain types of tea before and after use. It is important to inform the healthcare provider before blood tests, as this medication may affect the test results.
