This medication is used to supplement vitamins A, D, E, B1, B2, B6, and C that are necessary when physically fatigued, during pregnancy and lactation, when health is compromised during or after illness, during periods of growth and old age. It also helps relieve dry eyes and improve night blindness, promotes healthy development of bones and teeth, and is effective in preventing rickets. This medication is also used for relief of shoulder and neck stiffness, numbness of hands and feet, and coldness commonly seen in peripheral circulation disorders and menopausal symptoms. In short, it improves overall physical strength and symptom relief through the supply of various vitamins.
How to take
Adult dose
For individuals aged 12 and older, take 1 capsule once daily.
Precautions
This medication should be used with caution in women during the first three months of pregnancy or those who may become pregnant as administering more than 5,000 IU of vitamin A daily may increase the risk of congenital malformations in the fetus. Children, especially those under 6 years of age, may suffer fatal poisoning from excessive iron intake, so keep this product out of reach of children. It is advisable for individuals with hypercalcemia, sarcoidosis, and kidney disease to avoid this medication, as well as those who have allergies to this medication or its components. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, itching, joint swelling, diarrhea, abdominal discomfort, rash, tachycardia, hives, convulsions, fever, or hair loss occur during treatment, stop using the medication immediately and consult a professional. Additionally, if bleeding persists for a long time or if there are changes in menstruation, discontinue use and seek advice. Long-term use of high doses of this medication may lead to side effects such as nerve damage, peptic ulcers, liver damage, and hypercalcemia, so it is crucial to adhere to the prescribed dosage and guidelines. Excessive intake of vitamin A may increase the risk of osteoporosis in postmenopausal women, and attention should be paid to serum potassium levels when taken with certain diuretics. It is advisable to avoid tannin-containing beverages such as green tea or black tea during use, as they may affect the results of blood sugar tests or urine tests; notify healthcare professionals in such cases. Store this product in a cool place with low humidity, out of reach of children, and avoid direct sunlight; do not transfer to other containers.
