This medication is used to improve symptoms related to reduced sensitivity of the male genitalia.

Dosage and Administration

Adult dosage

Apply 0.25 to 0.66 grams (23 to 62 mg of lidocaine) as gel 5 to 15 minutes before intercourse. The dosage and application time may vary individually, using the minimum effective dose. Do not exceed a maximum of 2 grams (184 mg of lidocaine) within 24 hours.

Precautions

It is advisable not to use this medication in patients with liver or kidney diseases. If a rash or irritation occurs on the skin, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor if symptoms persist. Care should be taken not to use for long periods exceeding three months without medical advice. This medication is a topical agent applied only to the skin and should not be used on mucous membranes such as the eyes or nose. It is advisable to avoid applying multiple times to the same area continuously. Keep the medication in a safe place where children or infants cannot reach it. If using in chronic conditions, consider other treatment methods along with drug therapy, closely monitor the patient's condition, and pay special attention to side effects.
