This drug is used for the relief of acute and chronic pain ranging from moderate to severe.

How to take

Adult dose

The dosage for adults should be adjusted based on the patient's pain level and therapeutic response. For the initial dose, administer 2 tablets, and the subsequent dosing interval should be at least 12 hours apart. Do not exceed 8 tablets in one day. If prolonged treatment is necessary, regular monitoring should be conducted.

Precautions

Patients who regularly consume more than three alcoholic beverages daily should consult their doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication, as the risk of liver damage may increase when taken with alcohol. If a rash or hypersensitivity reaction occurs while taking this medication, stop taking it immediately and inform healthcare professionals, as serious skin reactions can occur infrequently. One of the drug's components, tramadol, may increase the risk of seizures, hence patients with a history of seizures or those taking seizure-inducing medications should use it with caution. For patients with severe respiratory conditions, this drug may cause respiratory depression which can be life-threatening, and it should be administered under medical supervision.
