This medication is used for respiratory diseases such as cough, phlegm, and asthma.

Dosage and Administration

Adult dosage

Adults should take 1 capsule three times a day after meals.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by infants under 3 months of age. Individuals who are allergic to this medication or its components, or have had hypersensitivity reactions, should avoid using it. People taking MAO inhibitors such as antidepressants or antipsychotics, or who have stopped taking them within the past 2 weeks, should not use this medication. Do not simultaneously take other cough medicines, cold medications, antihistamines, or sedatives while using this medication. Infants or children under 2 years of age who are over 3 months old may only take this under the guidance of a physician, with special caution required for this age group. Individuals with a history of allergic reactions, such as fever, rash, or itching due to medications, should consult a specialist before taking this. People with liver, kidney, heart, thyroid diseases, or diabetes, hypertension, elderly or frail individuals, as well as pregnant or breastfeeding women, should consult a physician before use. If cough persists for over a week due to smoking, asthma, chronic bronchitis, etc., consult a specialist before use. If unusual symptoms such as rash, itching, vomiting, dizziness, difficulty urinating, insomnia occur, discontinue use immediately and consult a specialist. If symptoms do not improve after 5-6 doses, discontinue use and consult a physician. Always follow the recommended dosage and administration; it is advisable to administer in syrup form for children under 7 years of age. Avoid alcohol during the use of this medication and refrain from driving or operating machinery, as drowsiness may occur. Store this medication out of reach of children, protecting it from direct sunlight and keeping it in a cool, dry, and sealed place. Also, to prevent misuse and maintain the quality of the medication, do not transfer to another container.
