This medicine is used to relieve headaches, toothaches, postoperative pain, sore throat, ear pain, joint pain, neuralgia, low back pain, muscle pain, shoulder stiffness, contusion, fracture pain, sprain pain, menstrual pain, and trauma pain. It also demonstrates an antipyretic effect in symptoms such as chills or fever, lowering the body temperature and alleviating symptoms. In summary, this medication is effectively used for various pains and fever reduction.
Adults and those aged 15 years and older should take 2 tablets at a time, up to 3 times a day, avoiding taking on an empty stomach. The interval between doses should be at least 4 hours, and a maximum of 6 tablets (1200 mg of ibuprofen) can be taken per day.
People who regularly consume more than three glasses of alcohol per day must consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medicine. This is because gastrointestinal bleeding may occur when taking this drug. Additionally, patients with cardiovascular diseases or those with hypertension, heart failure, ischemic heart disease, peripheral arterial disease, or cerebrovascular disease should use this drug cautiously, and high doses should be avoided. High-dose use may increase the risk of thromboembolism, such as myocardial infarction or stroke. Persons with hypersensitivity reactions to this drug or those who have experienced asthma, infants under three months, or individuals with genetic issues like lactose intolerance should not take this medication. While taking this medicine, do not use other antipyretic analgesics, cold medicines, or sedatives together. Children who are suspected to have chickenpox or influenza, those with allergic dispositions, patients with liver or kidney diseases, heart diseases, diabetes, or hypertension must consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking the drug. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant, nursing mothers, the elderly, or individuals with gastrointestinal disorders also need to consult a specialist before taking this medication. If symptoms such as rash, itching, vomiting, stomach pain, dizziness, or edema appear during use, the medication should be stopped immediately, and a doctor or pharmacist should be consulted. Particularly, rare but serious allergic reactions or skin abnormal responses may occur, so any unusual symptoms should be reported to healthcare professionals immediately. Children under two years of age should generally avoid this medication, and if necessary, they must be seen by a doctor. When taking, it is crucial to adhere to prescribed dosages and avoid prolonged use, and children should take it under the supervision of a guardian. Avoid alcohol during use and be cautious as muscle pathology or hypokalemia may occur if taken with specific diuretics or licorice-containing medications. In the later stages of pregnancy, avoid using this drug as it may affect the fetus, and after mid-pregnancy, it is recommended to use the minimum dosage for a short period, with regular examinations of the amniotic condition if necessary. Finally, this medication should be stored out of reach of children, protected from direct sunlight, in a cool, dry place, and should not be transferred to another container.

Do not take this medicine with other antipyretic analgesics, cold medicines, or analgesics. Consult a doctor or pharmacist if taking diabetes medications, gout medications, arthritis medications, anticoagulants, steroids, diuretics, low-dose aspirin, potassium-containing products, licorice-containing products, glycyrrhizin or its salt-containing products, loop diuretics (furosemide, ethacrynic acid) or thiazide diuretics (trichlormethiazide).
Do not consume alcohol while taking this medication.
This medicine should be kept in a tightly sealed container to prevent air or moisture from entering, and it is best stored at room temperature between 1 degree and 30 degrees Celsius. Proper storage can maintain the effectiveness of the medication for an extended period.
