This medication inhibits the formation of thrombus in patients with myocardial infarction, cerebral infarction, or unstable angina, preventing the worsening of symptoms. Furthermore, it helps prevent complications by preventing thrombus formation after coronary artery bypass surgery or percutaneous coronary intervention. It is used in high-risk patients with multiple risk factors such as hypertension, high cholesterol, obesity, and diabetes to reduce the risk of developing cardiovascular diseases. This drug is highly effective in protecting heart and vascular health and preventing the worsening of cardiovascular diseases.
(Enteric-Coated Tablets) Adults: Take 1 tablet once daily before meals with plenty of water. (Enteric-Coated Capsules) Adults: Take 1 capsule once daily before meals with plenty of water.
This drug may increase the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding in individuals who consume alcohol daily, so it should be used only after consulting a doctor or pharmacist. Individuals with allergies to this drug, peptic ulcers, asthma, bleeding disorders, severe liver, kidney, or heart diseases should not take this medication. In late pregnancy, this medication can pose risks to both the fetus and the mother and should not be taken. Caution is required during use in cases of kidney or cardiovascular diseases, liver dysfunction, blood disorders, asthma, children, and the elderly. This drug can cause various side effects such as severe allergic reactions, skin rashes, blood disorders, gastrointestinal disturbances, neurological symptoms, liver dysfunction, and kidney disorders, so if abnormal symptoms occur, take it immediately stop and consult a physician. In children, caution should be exercised during the use of this drug in cases of varicella or influenza infection, and regular check-ups are necessary during prolonged use. Before and after surgery, the risk of bleeding may increase, so consulting with a healthcare professional is necessary. This drug has many drug interactions, and special caution is needed when used concurrently with anticoagulants, anti-inflammatory drugs, diabetes drugs, lithium preparations, etc. During pregnancy, especially in the third trimester, it can cause severe effects on the fetus, so it should not be taken, and it should also be avoided during breastfeeding. Elderly individuals are at a higher risk of side effects, so it is advisable to start with a small dose and take caution. As it is an enteric-coated tablet, care should be taken not to damage the enteric coating, and it is advisable not to take it with certain preparations. Keep out of reach of children and store it tightly closed in its original container.

This drug may increase the risk of bleeding or decrease kidney function when used with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and salicylates. Do not use with methotrexate at a dose of 15 mg/week or higher. Special caution is needed when used with anticoagulants, ibuprofen, naproxen, certain non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, thrombolytics, other platelet aggregation inhibitors, hemostatic agents, diabetes medications (insulin preparations, tolbutamide, etc.), uricosurics (bensbromarone and others).
This medication should be stored in a tightly closed container to prevent exposure to air or moisture, preferably in a cool place below 25 degrees Celsius. This will help maintain the drug's efficacy for a longer period.
