Pain relief from colds and arthritis (rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis)
This medication is effective for the fever and pain associated with colds, lumbar pain, menstrual cramps, as well as rheumatoid arthritis and degenerative joint diseases like osteoarthritis. It is also used for pain relief occurring after surgery. Additionally, it is widely used for headaches, migraines, toothaches, muscle pain, neuralgia, ankylosing spondylitis, acute gout, psoriatic arthritis, soft tissue injuries like sprains or bruises, and tendinitis, among other non-articular rheumatic diseases. It helps relieve various pains and inflammatory diseases, thus improving patients' symptoms.
For rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, soft tissue injuries, non-articular rheumatic diseases, acute gout, psoriatic arthritis: take 200–600 mg per dose, 3–4 times a day orally. Depending on age and symptoms, take 200–400 mg per dose, 3–4 times a day orally. For migraines: take 200–400 mg per dose orally, do not exceed 2 capsules within 24 hours.
For inflammatory rheumatoid arthritis: give 30–40 mg per kg of body weight divided into 3–4 doses daily. For adolescents aged 12 years and older: give 200–400 mg per dose, 3–4 times a day orally. Weight 30
This medication should be consulted with a physician or pharmacist before use by individuals who consume large amounts of alcohol daily, as it may cause gastrointestinal bleeding otherwise. Individuals with heart or vascular diseases or those with risk factors must be cautious if taking this medication for an extended period as it increases the risk of serious issues like myocardial infarction or stroke. Those with a history of ulcers or gastrointestinal bleeding, severe liver or kidney diseases, severely impaired heart function, or severe hypertension should not use this medication. Taking this medication above the recommended dosage or along with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs is dangerous, and nursing mothers should consult with a professional before use to avoid harming the baby. If any unusual symptoms occur during use, such as dizziness, severe skin rash, breathing difficulties, indigestion, blood pressure changes, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician. Use of this medication during pregnancy, particularly in the last three months, is not recommended as it may harm the fetus. For long-term use, regular blood tests or liver function tests are necessary, and those with hypertension or heart diseases should carefully monitor blood pressure changes. Using this medication for the shortest duration and at the lowest effective dose is safest, and if symptoms do not improve or worsen during use, consulting a professional is important. Keep this medication out of the reach of children, and store it in its original container, as transferring it to another container may pose risks of misuse or reduce its quality.

Do not take this medication together with high-dose methotrexate. Do not take simultaneously with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. Consult with a physician or pharmacist if taking low-dose aspirin, ACE inhibitors, lithium, furosemide and thiazide diuretics, low-dose methotrexate, coumarin anticoagulants (such as warfarin), or selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors.
This medication should be stored in a tightly sealed container to protect it from air and moisture. It is recommended to maintain a storage temperature between 1 degree to 30 degrees Celsius.
