Precautions

This medication can be burdensome to the liver, so those who regularly consume three or more alcoholic beverages a day should consult with a doctor or pharmacist before use. Rarely, serious skin reactions can occur when taking this medication, so if symptoms such as a rash or itching develop, discontinue use immediately. As it contains acetaminophen, care should be taken not to exceed the maximum daily dose and avoid taking it with other acetaminophen-containing products. Due to the presence of pseudoephedrine, severe skin reactions such as fever, erythema, and pustules may occur, so if these symptoms occur, stop taking the medication and consult a professional. Those with allergies to this medication or its components, a history of asthma, infants under three months old, individuals taking specific antidepressants or psychiatric medications, and those with severe hypertension or kidney disease should not take it. It is safe to avoid taking cough medicines, other cold medicines, antipyretics, sedatives, and antihistamines while taking this medication. Children, especially those under 15 years old or infants with particular infections, should consult a professional before taking this medication, and those with allergic tendencies or specific conditions also need to seek advice before use. If abnormal symptoms such as rashes, vomiting, swelling, dizziness, or difficulty breathing occur during use, stop taking the medication immediately and consult a doctor. Children under two years old should generally avoid this medication unless in special cases, and should always consult a doctor before use. During treatment, follow the prescribed dosage and administration and avoid long-term use. Avoid alcohol while taking this medication as it may induce drowsiness, and refrain from driving or operating machinery. This medication contains specific dyes, so individuals allergic to them should be cautious. Rarely, combined use with certain antibiotics can lead to severe metabolic disorders, so caution is needed.
