Additionally, it should not be used in patients who have undergone recent nasal surgery or have nasal wounds, and in infants under 2 years of age. Patients with respiratory infections, tuberculosis, herpes simplex in the eyes, those who frequently have nosebleeds, those at risk of exposure to chickenpox or measles, patients with unilateral nasal polyps or polyps related to cystic fibrosis, and pregnant or breastfeeding women should use this drug with caution. When using this medication, various adverse reactions such as headaches, viral infections, pharyngitis, nosebleeds, cough, and upper respiratory infections may occur. Rarely, bronchospasm or severe allergic reactions may occur, so if symptoms are severe, the use should be stopped immediately and medical attention should be sought. Long-term use at high doses may lead to systemic steroid side effects, so caution is necessary. Additionally, nasal infections or changes in the nasal mucosa may occur, hence regular check-ups are recommended. Using this medication may increase the risk of chickenpox or measles infection, necessitating attention to infection prevention and early diagnosis. It is particularly important to check vaccination status against chickenpox or measles and consult medical personnel immediately if infection is suspected. When administering to children, the minimum dose should be used considering the potential for growth delay, and their growth should be monitored regularly. In elderly patients, it should be administered with caution considering the decline in bodily functions. In case of overdose, no specific treatment is necessary, but caution should be exercised due to potential systemic steroid side effects. Before use, shake the container well, and perform a specified number of test sprays to ensure uniform spraying. Care should be taken not to spray directly into the eyes or the septum. It is safest to store the medication out of reach of children. This medication may interact with other drugs, so caution is needed, especially for those taking CYP3A4 inhibitors, and if other medications are being used, one must consult with a doctor or pharmacist.
