Additionally, this medication contains iron, which can cause severe toxicity if overdosed in children under the age of 6, so it should be stored out of the reach of children. Individuals with certain conditions such as hypercalcemia, kidney disease, sarcoidosis, hyperkalemia, Wilson's disease, hemochromatosis, nephrolithiasis, and severe renal failure should not take this medication. Anyone allergic to this medication or its components and infants under 12 months should also avoid taking it. If you are receiving treatment from a doctor or have gastrointestinal diseases, heart and kidney diseases, diabetes, or are pregnant or breastfeeding, you must consult a specialist before taking this medication. If unusual symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, skin rash, joint swelling, allergic reactions, or severe stomach pain occur during use, stop taking the medication immediately and consult a specialist. Long-term high-dose use may lead to neurological abnormalities, liver damage, or worsening of peptic ulcers, so it is essential to strictly adhere to the prescribed dosage and administration guidelines. This medication contains vitamin A, so care should be taken not to exceed 5,000 IU daily, and beverages containing tannins, such as green or black tea, should be avoided before and after taking it. Patients with lipid metabolism disorders should regularly check their plasma lipid levels and adjust their dosages accordingly; if using other lipid-injectable medications, their amounts should also be considered.
