Precautions

This medication should not be used in patients who have had allergic reactions to any components of this medication. Additionally, it should be used with caution in patients with a history of allergic reactions to other medications, those with liver function problems or a history of liver disease, and those with skin conditions or infections at the injection site. Serious allergic reactions, such as shock, may occur during the use of this medication, so patients' conditions should be closely monitored after administration. If any abnormal symptoms occur, administration should be discontinued immediately, and appropriate treatment should be obtained. Allergic symptoms such as swelling around the face or eyes, rash, and itching may occur; if such symptoms appear, stop using the medication and inform the hospital. Temporary pain, swelling, redness, warmth, and a feeling of pressure may occur at the injection site, and symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, and fever may also arise. In cases of severe arthritis, it is advisable to use this medication only after the inflammation has subsided, and stabilizing the injection site after the injection is helpful. This medication must be injected precisely into the joint, taking care to avoid leakage of the drug outside the joint, which could cause pain. The injection must be performed in a sterile environment, and if symptoms do not improve, administration should be limited to a maximum of three times and then discontinued. If there is fluid accumulation in the joint, it may be necessary to drain the fluid before administering the injection. This medication is not suitable for intravenous injection or for use in the eyes. It is advisable to use a syringe needle of approximately 22-23 gauge, and care should be taken as precipitation may occur when mixed with certain disinfectants. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant should use this medication only with caution when necessary, and it is safe to avoid breastfeeding during the administration period. Safety in children has not been sufficiently established, so it should be used with caution only when deemed necessary. Elderly patients may have reduced body functions, so special care should be taken when using this medication.
