How to take
Adult dose
Adults should take 2 tablets three times a day, 30 minutes after meals.
Child dose
Children aged 7 to under 15 years should take 1 tablet three times a day, 30 minutes after meals.
Precautions
This medication can strain the liver, so individuals who regularly consume three or more alcoholic drinks daily should consult a physician or pharmacist before use. The acetaminophen component in this medication can rarely cause serious skin reactions, so if a skin rash or hypersensitivity reaction occurs, discontinue use immediately. The maximum daily dose of acetaminophen should not exceed 4,000 mg, and this medication should not be taken with other products containing acetaminophen. If symptoms such as fever, rash, or small blisters occur due to the pseudoephedrine component in this product, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician or pharmacist. Individuals with an allergy to this medication or its components, or those who have experienced asthma after taking this medication or similar medications in the past, should not take it. Infants under 3 months of age should not take this medication, and individuals with certain genetic lactose intolerance disorders should also avoid it. Those taking MAO inhibitors, such as antidepressants or antipsychotics, or who have recently discontinued them within the last two weeks, should not use this medication. During use of this medication, it is safest to avoid taking cough medications, other cold medications, fever analgesics, sedatives, or antihistamines together. Especially, children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, and those with liver, kidney, or heart conditions should always consult a healthcare professional before use. If symptoms such as rash, itching, vomiting, dizziness, or swelling occur during use, discontinue immediately and consult a healthcare professional. In the case of severe allergic reactions or abnormal skin or mucous membrane symptoms, seek medical attention immediately. If symptoms do not improve after 5-6 doses, discontinue use and consult a physician. Children under 2 years old should generally not use this medication unless specifically instructed, and caregiver supervision is necessary during use. This medication should be taken exactly as prescribed, and it is important to avoid long-term use and not to consume alcohol.
