Vitamin D prevents poor development of bones and teeth and helps prevent rickets. Vitamin E alleviates peripheral vascular disturbances and menopausal symptoms such as shoulder and neck stiffness, numbness, and coldness in the extremities. Vitamin B1 is effective in relieving neuralgia, muscle pain, joint pain, beriberi, and eye fatigue. Additionally, it helps prevent and supplement calcium deficiency, supporting bone health. This product is used to enhance overall physical strength and maintain health.
How to take
Adult dose
Adults aged 12 years and older should take 2 tablets twice a day.
Precautions
This medication should not be used by patients with hypercalcemia, sarcoidosis, or kidney disease. Those who have allergic reactions to any components included in this medication should also avoid using it. Infants under 12 months, patients with kidney stones, or patients with severe kidney failure should not use this medication. Furthermore, this medication contains lactose, so individuals with a genetic inability to digest lactose should refrain from taking it. Certain medications such as phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, and antacids should not be taken concurrently while using this medication. Women who are currently receiving medical treatment, are pregnant or may become pregnant, or are nursing should consult a healthcare provider before taking this medication. Those with peptic ulcers or chronic colitis, heart and circulatory problems, kidney disorders, hypoalbuminemia, or those taking cardiac glycosides should consult their healthcare provider before use. If side effects such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, skin rashes, or irregular heartbeat occur during taking this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult your healthcare provider. This medication may affect menstrual cycles, and prolonged bleeding may occur, so caution is advised. Women taking estrogen-containing contraceptives or those at risk of thrombosis should be cautious as there may be an increased risk of thrombosis. Excessive dosage may lead to gastrointestinal discomfort, edema, or heart problems; therefore, the prescribed dosage must be strictly adhered to. It is advisable to avoid beverages containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea while taking this medication, as it may cause changes in urine color to yellow, affecting test results. This medication should be stored out of reach of children, in a cool, dry place, avoiding direct sunlight, and tightly sealed. Additionally, it is important not to transfer it to another container to maintain quality.
