Adult dose

The usual adult dose is one packet (individual dose) three times a day before meals or between meals.

This medication should be consulted with a specialist before use in patients with hypertension or heart and kidney problems. Those with edema or a weak stomach that easily experiences diarrhea should use caution. If there are symptoms of loss of appetite, nausea, or vomiting, consultation is required before use as symptoms may worsen. Pregnant women or those who may become pregnant should definitely consult with a specialist before use. Individuals who have experienced allergic reactions such as skin rashes or itching from medications in the past should also exercise caution. Patients taking other medications or receiving treatment should seek advice due to the potential for drug interactions. Elderly individuals may require careful dosage adjustments due to decreased body function. Children should use this medication cautiously as its safety has not been adequately confirmed. If symptoms such as skin rash, itching, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea occur while taking the medication, it should be discontinued immediately and a specialist consulted. Serious side effects

Decreased urine output, swelling of the face and extremities (edema), heaviness of the eyelids, increased blood pressure, headache, muscle disorders due to hypokalemia
