Relief of eczema and dermatitis (skin itching, etc.)
This medication is mainly used for various skin irritative symptoms such as eczema, dermatitis, skin itching, and insect bites. Ointments, creams, and lotions are effective in improving symptoms of eczema and dermatitis as well as skin itching. Aerosol preparations help relieve skin irritation and contact dermatitis caused by poison ivy, oak, and other allergens, as well as temporary itching in the genital and anal areas. Such products soothe skin conditions and alleviate symptoms to improve patient comfort.
(Ointment) (Cream) Apply an appropriate amount to the affected area 1 to 3 times a day and adjust as necessary according to symptoms. (Lotion) After shaking well before use, apply an appropriate amount to the affected area 1 to 3 times a day and adjust as needed according to symptoms. (Aerosol preparation) After shaking well before use, spray an appropriate amount on the affected area once or twice a day.

This medication contains steroid components used to relieve inflammation or itching of the skin. It should not be used in patients with skin infections caused by bacteria, fungi, viruses, or animals, as it may exacerbate symptoms. Those who have shown allergic reactions to this medication or its components should avoid use. It is recommended not to use in patients with eczematous otitis externa who have holes in the eardrum, as wound healing may be delayed. Caution is needed for patients with ulcers on the skin or severe burns and frostbite, as skin regeneration may be hindered. This medication is not appropriate for patients with perioral dermatitis, common acne, rosacea, or non-inflammatory itching. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant, and nursing mothers should use this medication cautiously, and especially for children under 2 years of age, it is advisable to consult a physician before use. Elderly patients should also use it carefully as they are at higher risk of side effects. This medication may cause skin infections, with symptoms such as redness, itching, rash, stinging, and skin dryness. Long-term use or use over large areas may lead to thinning of the skin, bruising, and dilation of blood vessels, so caution is necessary. Excessive or prolonged use may affect the whole body, leading to symptoms such as weight gain, increased blood sugar, and hypertension. When using around the eyes, caution should be exercised due to the risk of increased intraocular pressure or glaucoma. When there is a skin infection present, this medication should not be used alone and should be used in conjunction with appropriate antibacterial or antifungal agents, or consulted with a physician. The treatment period should generally be limited to within 7 days, and it is advisable to discontinue use as soon as symptoms improve. This medication should be kept out of reach of children, and indiscriminate occlusive bandaging should not be used. During pregnancy or lactation, the effects on the fetus or baby should be considered, and it should only be used at the minimum necessary dosage and duration. In the case of overdose, side effects may occur, so it should be managed appropriately according to a physician's instructions. This medication should not be used for ophthalmic purposes, and it is advisable not to apply it to the skin after makeup or shaving. Facial skin is particularly sensitive to this medication, so long-term use should be avoided. If side effects or unusual symptoms occur while using this medication, it should be discontinued immediately and a physician should be consulted.
