Typically, adults take 1 packet (single dose) three times a day before meals or between meals.
This medication contains lactose, so it should not be used by patients with genetic issues such as galactose intolerance, Lapp lactase deficiency, or glucose-galactose malabsorption. Additionally, it is advised that individuals who do not belong to the Shaoyang type constitution refrain from taking this medication. People with weak stomachs may experience decreased appetite, discomfort in the abdomen, nausea, vomiting, loose stools, or diarrhea, so caution is necessary. Individuals with severely weakened conditions may experience adverse reactions more easily and can have worsened symptoms, so caution is needed. Gastrointestinal side effects such as appetite loss, abdominal discomfort, nausea, vomiting, loose stools, and diarrhea may occur. This medication should be used according to the patient's symptoms, and the prescribed method of use and dosage must be strictly followed. Long-term usage should generally be avoided, but if necessary, it should be discussed with a professional. When taking other herbal or traditional medications together, care should be taken to avoid the duplication of similar ingredients. If symptoms do not improve after a certain period of use, it is mandatory to consult a professional. When administering to children, caregivers should provide proper guidance and supervision.
