Improvement of skin disorders such as eczema, dermatitis (Progressive Lichen Planus, Chronic Simple Lichen), and urticaria (papular urticaria).
This medication is used for skin disorders including eczema and dermatitis, urticaria (papular urticaria), insect bites, psoriasis, and palmoplantar pustulosis.
Apply an appropriate amount to the affected area 1-2 times daily, adjusting as necessary according to symptoms. Additionally, occlusive therapy may be conducted based on symptoms.
This medication should not be used in patients with bacterial, fungal, viral skin infections, or infections from animals. Patients with allergies or hypersensitivity to this medication or its components should also avoid its use. In cases of perforated eardrums or eczema-related otitis externa, caution should be exercised as its use may delay healing and increase the risk of infection. It is advisable to avoid using this medication in patients with skin ulcers, severe burns, or frostbite, as it may hinder skin regeneration. This medicine is also not recommended for patients with perioral dermatitis, common acne, or rosacea dermatitis. Women who are pregnant or considering pregnancy, nursing mothers, children, and the elderly should use this medication with greater caution. Since this medication may worsen skin infections, it is advisable to first treat dermatitis associated with infections with appropriate antibacterial or antifungal agents or to use them together. Prolonged use or use over large areas can lead to side effects such as skin thinning or vasodilation, so the amount and duration of use should be adjusted. Long-term use of this medication may suppress pituitary-adrenal function, leading to systemic side effects; regular check-ups may be necessary. Caution should be taken when used around the eyes due to the risk of increased intraocular pressure, glaucoma, and cataracts. Once symptoms improve, it is best to discontinue use as soon as possible. If symptoms worsen or unusual reactions occur, the medication should be stopped immediately. Pregnant or nursing women should consult a physician as the use of this medication may affect the fetus or infant. Children have a larger skin surface area relative to their weight, increasing the risk of side effects; hence special care is required when used, and the occlusion effect from diapers should also be considered. Elderly patients experience reduced physiological functions, making them more susceptible to side effects; hence careful observation is necessary. This medication should not be used for ophthalmic purposes and should not be applied for non-therapeutic reasons such as after makeup or shaving. Occlusive therapy should be performed under the supervision of a physician, and should be used after cleaning the affected area to reduce the risk of infection. Store out of reach of children to prevent accidents.
Skin infections (bacterial, fungal, viral infections), increased intraocular pressure, glaucoma, cataracts, posterior capsule opacification, visual disturbances.
Not everyone experiences these, and they can vary from person to person.
This medication should be stored in a sealed container to prevent exposure to air or moisture and should be kept at a temperature between 1 to 30 degrees Celsius. This helps maintain the medication's efficacy and prevent deterioration.
