This medication is used for redness, swelling, and associated pain in purulent diseases.

How to take

Adult dose

Typically, adults should take 7.0 grams three times a day before meals or between meals.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken in cases where there are systemic symptoms such as headache, chills, and fever, along with localized symptoms like redness, swelling, and pain. Additionally, patients with abscesses without fever or chronic swellings should not take this medication. This medication contains lactose; therefore, patients with genetic issues of lactose digestion should avoid it. Patients with hypertension, heart, or kidney diseases must consult a specialist before taking it. Patients with edema or those taking other medications should also seek advice from a specialist before using this medication. Elderly individuals may have reduced bodily functions, so caution is needed when taking it, and dose adjustment may be necessary. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant should consult a specialist before taking it. Patients who have previously experienced allergic reactions such as rash, redness, or itching from medications should be cautious. For children, safety has not been sufficiently confirmed, so use should be considered with care. If unusual symptoms such as decreased urine output, facial or limb swelling, heavy eyelids, stiff hands, increased blood pressure, or headaches occur during use, stop taking it immediately and consult a specialist. If symptoms such as muscle weakness, limb cramps, or paralysis appear, stop taking it and seek medical attention.
