Precautions

Patients who regularly consume more than three alcoholic beverages daily may experience liver damage when taking this medication, so it is essential to consult a doctor or pharmacist. The pseudoephedrine included in this medication may rarely cause severe skin reactions such as acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis; if fever, skin rash, or small pustules appear, immediately discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional. This medication should not be taken by individuals with known allergic reactions to its ingredients or similar drugs, those with a history of asthma attacks, those taking certain antidepressants or antipsychotics, and those with severe liver, kidney, or heart diseases. Additionally, individuals with peptic ulcers, severe blood disorders, those who consume alcohol, and those with genetic issues such as lactose intolerance should avoid this medication. While taking this medication, do not take other medications containing acetaminophen, and avoid driving or operating machinery due to potential drowsiness. Care should be taken when combined with alcohol, sedatives, or tranquilizers, as these can enhance drowsiness effects. Before taking, individuals with a history of allergic reactions, those under 15 years of age, patients with liver or kidney conditions, heart function abnormalities, pregnant or breastfeeding women, and those on certain medications should consult a doctor or pharmacist. If symptoms do not improve during the course of treatment, or if skin rashes, breathing difficulties, swelling, severe nausea, or signs of liver dysfunction appear, discontinue use immediately and seek medical advice. This medication is for symptomatic relief. Regular blood tests and liver function tests are needed for long-term use. Infants under three months, the elderly, and children should take the minimum effective dose and be monitored for adverse reactions. In case of overdose, seek medical treatment promptly, as special treatment to protect the liver may be required. Store in a tight container out of reach of children in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
