This medication should be used with caution by individuals who regularly consume more than 3 alcoholic beverages per day. Those who drink heavily are at increased risk of gastrointestinal bleeding when taking this medication. This drug may affect the cardiovascular system, increasing the risk of serious thrombotic events such as myocardial infarction or stroke. This risk may increase with prolonged use, and those with cardiovascular diseases or risk factors should be particularly cautious. During use, both doctors and patients should carefully monitor for cardiovascular symptoms and be prepared to respond immediately if symptoms appear. This medication can place stress on the gastrointestinal tract, potentially leading to serious gastrointestinal issues such as hemorrhage, ulcers, or perforation. Caution is especially warranted for elderly patients or those with a history of gastrointestinal problems, and any gastrointestinal symptoms during use should prompt immediate consultation with a healthcare professional. Individuals with gastrointestinal ulcers or bleeding, severe liver or kidney impairment, heart failure, hypertension, or hypersensitivity to aspirin or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs should avoid this medication. Additionally, pregnant women in the last 6 months of pregnancy or those with a history of asthma should also avoid using it. It is advisable not to take aspirin or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or high-dose methotrexate concurrently while using this medication as it may increase the risk of serious side effects. Breastfeeding should be avoided during treatment, and there may be dizziness or fatigue, necessitating caution when driving or operating machinery. Long-term high-dose use may lead to headaches. Patients with blood disorders, liver or kidney impairment, hypertension, heart failure, a history of allergic reactions, the elderly, children (over 6 years old), and women who are pregnant or planning to become pregnant should consult with a doctor or pharmacist before use. Additionally, this drug may interact with other medications, so patients should disclose any current medications during treatment. If severe allergic reactions, skin rashes, gastrointestinal bleeding symptoms, liver function abnormalities, kidney issues, breathing difficulties, or neurological symptoms occur, discontinue use immediately and consult healthcare professionals. It is recommended to take this medication at the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration possible and to undergo regular blood tests and liver/kidney function tests to monitor for any abnormalities. Caution is especially needed for patients with chronic diseases. During pregnancy, particularly after 20 weeks, monitoring of amniotic fluid via ultrasound is recommended as it may affect fetal kidney function. In cases of overdose, appropriate medical treatment should be sought promptly even in the absence of symptoms.
