Used for respiratory symptoms including cold and nasal cold, headache, shoulder stiffness, muscle pain, and pain in hands and shoulders.

How to take

Adult dose

Typically, adults take 1 package (single dose) three times a day before meals or between meals.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by infants under 1 year old. Individuals with a genetic condition that prevents them from breaking down lactose should not take this medication. Patients with hypertension, heart disease, kidney disease, or swelling symptoms in their body should consult a specialist before taking this medication. Those who have trouble urinating, have a weak stomach, or experience loss of appetite, nausea, and vomiting symptoms should also consult before taking this medication. Caution is needed for those who are in a very weak state after illness, sweat a lot, or have hyperthyroid conditions. Diabetic patients should consult a specialist because blood sugar may increase when taking this medication. Individuals who have previously experienced allergic reactions such as rashes or itching from medications should consult before taking this medication. Those currently taking other medications, pregnant women or women who might be pregnant, children, and the elderly must consult a specialist before taking this medication. If there are abnormal symptoms such as decreased urine output, swelling of the face or extremities, increased blood pressure, headache, muscle weakness or cramps, liver function abnormalities, skin rashes, insomnia, excessive sweating, rapid heartbeat, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, or urination problems during use, stop taking and consult a specialist immediately. If symptoms do not improve within a few days, cessation and consultation are also required. This medication must be taken according to the prescribed method and dosage, and long-term use should be discussed with a specialist. When administering to children, supervision by a guardian is necessary. Additionally, caution is needed when taken with certain medications as side effects may occur, so be careful when combined. This medication should be stored in a cool place away from direct sunlight and moisture, out of reach of children. It is safest to store in its original container with a sealed closure.

Decreased urine volume, swelling of the face and extremities (edema), increased blood pressure, liver dysfunction, jaundice, severe edema, urination problems, muscle disease (myopathy) due to hypokalemia, aldosteronism

Mild side effects

Loss of appetite, discomfort in the stomach, nausea, vomiting, rash/redness (congestion resulting in redness), itching, excessive sweating, rapid heartbeat, frequent urination, palpitations, weakness, mental agitation, worsening of eczema, dermatitis, insomnia, weakness, spasms, paralysis, headache

This medication must be stored in a sealed container to prevent air or moisture ingress. Additionally, it is best stored at room temperature between 1 degree and 30 degrees, not in overly hot or cold places.
