This medicine has expectorant action and cardiotonic action. It helps to thin the mucus in the airways for easier expulsion and is used to enhance cardiac function by increasing the contractility of the heart.
Dosage and Administration
Adult dosage
Take 1.05-3.15 grams 3 times a day before meals or between meals. Adjust the dose according to age and symptoms, and if mixed for compounding, reduce the dose as appropriate.
Precautions
This medicine contains lactose. Therefore, individuals with genetic disorders that prevent the digestion of lactose, such as galactose intolerance, Lapp lactose deficiency, or glucose-galactose malabsorption, should not use this medicine. Additionally, this medicine is very sensitive to moisture, so after use, the lid must be securely closed and stored in a sealed state. Care should be taken as moisture can cause degradation of the medicine's ingredients.
