Vitamin B1, B2, B6, C, and E can help in cases of physical fatigue, during pregnancy and breastfeeding, when physical strength is weakened due to illness or post-illness, and in old age. Additionally, it is effective in alleviating peripheral circulatory disorders and symptoms such as shoulder and neck stiffness, cold hands and feet (peripheral coldness and numbness). It can relieve pain symptoms such as neuralgia, myalgia, and arthralgia, and also assists in the prevention of beriberi and improvement of eye fatigue. This medication is used to improve overall physical condition and blood circulation.

How to take

Adult dose

For adults, take 1 tablet at a time, twice a day.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by individuals who have an allergic reaction to this medication or any of its components. Additionally, infants under 3 months should not take this medication. This medication contains lactose; individuals with a genetic problem of lactose intolerance should not take it. During the course of this medication, it is important not to take it together with levodopa. If you are receiving treatment or have specific illnesses, such as oxaluria, gout, or kidney stones, you must consult with a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. Women who are pregnant, may become pregnant, or are breastfeeding, as well as premature infants or young children, should consult a specialist before taking this medication. If symptoms such as gastrointestinal discomfort, diarrhea, constipation, skin rash, vomiting, or oral inflammation occur while taking this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a specialist. It is also necessary to stop taking this medication and consult a doctor if the menstrual cycle accelerates or bleeding increases. Individuals taking oral contraceptives that contain estrogen or those at risk for thrombosis should be cautious as the risk of thrombosis may increase with vitamin E intake. Long-term use of high doses may lead to the development of tolerance to the medication. Excessive intake of vitamin B6 can cause neurological issues, so the dosage must be adhered to. Administration of vitamin B12 above a certain dosage may result in blood-related side effects, so caution is necessary. If overdose occurs or symptoms do not improve after taking for more than a month, consult a specialist. This medication must be taken according to the prescribed method and dosage, and it may affect blood sugar test results during urine tests. Also, note that this medication may cause urine to turn yellow. When storing, keep in a place out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight, in a cool, dry, and tightly closed container. Transferring the medication to another container may increase the risk of misuse and decrease quality; therefore, it should be kept in the original container.

Gastrointestinal discomfort, diarrhea, constipation, rash, erythema, nausea, vomiting, loose stools, stomatitis (oral inflammation), changes in menstrual cycle (accelerated or increased flow, persistent bleeding), sensory neuropathy, or neuropathic symptoms (peripheral nervous system dysfunction), hematological reactions, change in urine color
