Improvement of arthritis such as rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis
This medication is effective in alleviating the symptoms of degenerative joint diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, juvenile rheumatoid arthritis, and osteoarthritis. It is also used for fever and pain caused by the common cold, low back pain, dysmenorrhea, and postoperative pain. Additionally, it helps in treating non-joint rheumatic diseases such as ankylosing spondylitis, headaches, toothaches, muscle pain, neuralgia, acute gout, psoriatic arthritis, soft tissue injuries like sprains or strains, tendinitis, bursitis, etc. Overall, it is used to relieve the symptoms of various pains and inflammatory conditions, improving the quality of life of patients.
Rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, soft tissue injuries, non-joint rheumatic diseases, acute gout, psoriatic arthritis: Administer 200-600mg orally for each dose, 3-4 times a day. Up to 3200mg can be administered per day. For mild to moderate pain and cold: Administer 200-400mg for each dose, 3-4 times a day. Adjust according to age and symptoms.
Juvenile rheumatoid arthritis: Administer orally in divided doses of 30-40mg per kg body weight 3-4 times a day. Single dose for children: Ages 11-14: 200-250mg (10-13mL) Ages 7-10:
This medication may cause gastrointestinal bleeding if taken by individuals who regularly consume more than three glasses of alcohol daily, so it is essential to consult a doctor or pharmacist. Individuals with cardiovascular diseases or risk factors should be cautious as long-term use of this medication may lead to severe cardiovascular issues such as myocardial infarction or stroke. Those with a history of ulcer or bleeding in the gastrointestinal tract should not take this medication, particularly older adults or those using it long-term, as the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding and ulcers may increase. Do not exceed the recommended dosage and avoid taking it with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. If breastfeeding, this medication may pass into breast milk and cause serious side effects in the baby, so breastfeeding or medication should be discontinued. Individuals with blood disorders, liver, kidney dysfunctions, heart failure, or hypertension must consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication as the risk of side effects may increase when used together with specific medications. If symptoms such as sudden allergic reactions, severe skin rashes, difficulty in breathing, or severe gastrointestinal bleeding occur while taking this medication, stop taking it immediately and consult medical personnel. It is important to have regular blood tests and liver and kidney function tests during long-term use to check for any abnormalities. This medication should be taken at the minimum effective dose for the shortest duration necessary, and if pain or fever persists, consult a doctor. Store this medication out of the reach of children in a safe place, and keep it in its original container to prevent misuse or deterioration in quality.
Hives, severe swelling (edema), tightness in the chest, difficulty breathing, cold sweats, pallor, severe rash with high fever, blisters, skin peeling, mucosal pain in the mouth/eyes, asthma attack, respiratory issues accompanied by cough and fever, yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice), extreme lethargy, sudden and severe headaches, thunderclap headache, seizures, altered consciousness, visual disturbances, paralysis, significantly decreased urine output.
Not everyone experiences these, and they can vary from person to person.
This medication should not be used in patients receiving high-dose methotrexate as part of cancer therapy. It is also better not to take it with other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. Before taking, be sure to inform your doctor if you are taking low-dose aspirin, ACE inhibitors, lithium, furosemide and thiazide diuretics, low-dose methotrexate, coumarin anticoagulants (such as warfarin), or selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors.
This medication is sensitive to light, so it should be stored in a special container that does not allow light to enter. Additionally, to store the medication safely, it is essential to keep it at room temperature, between 1°C and 30°C.
