Adult dose

For adults, take 3 grams three times a day before meals or between meals.

It is very important that this medication is not taken by women who are pregnant or may become pregnant, as certain ingredients in this medication may increase the risk of miscarriage or preterm delivery. Additionally, individuals with lactose intolerance or certain genetic metabolic issues should not take this medication, as it contains lactose which may cause side effects for those individuals. Patients with hypertension, heart disease, kidney disease, or edema should consult a specialist before taking this medication. Care is also needed for those who have experienced allergic reactions to medications in the past or have a weak stomach. If symptoms such as loss of appetite, nausea, or vomiting occur, or if other medications are currently being taken, children and the elderly should also consult a specialist before use. If abnormal symptoms such as swelling of the face or hands and feet, or elevation in blood pressure occur while taking this medication, it should be stopped immediately, and a specialist should be consulted.
