This medication is used to alleviate sudden muscle spasms and the associated pain.

How to take

Adult dose

The usual adult dose is 3.0g three times a day before meals or between meals.

Precautions

This medication contains lactose monohydrate, so people with genetic issues such as galactose intolerance, congenital lactase deficiency, or glucose-galactose malabsorption should not take it. It is safer for individuals with heart disease or a history of heart disease to avoid this medication. Infants under 1 year old should avoid this medicine unless in special circumstances. Patients with hypertension, individuals with impaired kidney function, those with body edema, and individuals currently under medical treatment or taking other medications should consult a healthcare professional before taking this medication. Pregnant women or those who may become pregnant, children, and the elderly should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. If symptoms such as decreased urine output, swelling of the face or limbs, heaviness of eyelids, stiff hands, increased blood pressure, or headaches occur while taking this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. If symptoms such as muscle weakness, limb cramps, or paralysis occur, stop taking the medication and contact a hospital. If symptoms such as chest pain, shortness of breath, dizziness, or fainting appear, stop taking the medication immediately and consult with healthcare staff. Discontinue use if symptoms of fatigue or yellowing of the skin and eyes due to liver dysfunction occur. If symptoms do not improve after taking the medication 5-6 times, it is necessary to stop use and consult with a professional. The medication should be taken according to the prescribed dosage and frequency, and it is advisable to take it temporarily only when symptoms are present, avoiding prolonged use. When administering to children, it should be done under the guidance and supervision of a guardian. Exercise caution when taking with potassium-containing preparations or licorice-containing products, as side effects may occur. When taking with other herbal products, be careful not to duplicate ingredients.
