This drug is a steroid cream used to relieve inflammation or allergic reactions on the skin. However, it should not be used if there are infectious conditions such as skin tuberculosis, herpes simplex, chickenpox, or shingles, as it may worsen the infection. Additionally, patients who have had allergic reactions to this drug or its ingredients should avoid its use. If there is a perforation of the eardrum or if there is eczematous otitis externa, as well as in deep wounds, burns, or frostbite areas, it is advisable not to use this drug as it may delay wound healing and increase the risk of infection. If there are skin infections caused by bacteria, fungi, or viruses, this drug may suppress immunity, potentially exacerbating the infection, so caution is warranted. Use of this drug is not recommended for patients with injected dermatitis, acne, or peri-oral dermatitis. Women who are pregnant, may become pregnant, or are breastfeeding, as well as children and the elderly, should use this drug with caution, particularly when used for an extended period or on large areas. While using, if symptoms of skin infection, skin dryness, acne, skin atrophy, purpura, pigmentation changes, or peri-oral dermatitis occur, one should consult a doctor immediately. Long-term or extensive use may result in absorption of steroids into the body, affecting hormone function, so regular check-ups are necessary. If used around the eye area, there is a risk of increased intraocular pressure or glaucoma, so caution is advised; it is not for ophthalmic use. The treatment period should not usually exceed 4 weeks, and it is advisable to stop use as soon as symptoms improve. It is safe to avoid use after makeup or shaving if it is not for therapeutic purposes.
