Getting plenty of sunlight exposure helps prevent arthritis.

My mom went through a lot of hardships when she was young.

So, my knee was in very bad condition.

As soon as she entered her 50s, my mom had joint replacement surgery.

It left tremendous pain and a surgical scar on my knee.

And she also said that she was in a lot of pain after the surgery.

You knew better than the weather agency that it would rain tomorrow.

So, I only climb stairs for joint health.

I never do anything that involves going down.

 

And after the age of 50, bones tend to weaken easily.

The risk of osteoporosis is increasing, and we need to focus on bone health.

Getting plenty of sunlight exposure helps prevent arthritis.

So, what I do is to get plenty of sunlight immediately.

They say it's meaningless to put on sunscreen first and then do it.

Expose the skin and wear a hat for about 10 to 15 minutes (to prevent dark spots).

Take a light walk and soak up the sunlight, then vitamin D will be synthesized.

Vitamin D deficiency leads to osteomalacia, a condition where bones become soft and more prone to fractures.

They say it can cause rickets in adults.

As you get older, your bones become more prone to breaking.
