Taking care with longevity-style brown rice mixed grain rice

Because of my mother's influence, since I was young, I preferred white rice over other foods.

I grew up eating a lot of mixed grain rice.

Especially when becoming interested in dieting

I started eating brown rice mixed grain rice even at home.

This ultimately led to a healthy diet.

Maybe it's because I lived with my grandparents when I was young.

If there was no soup or stew, I couldn't eat rice.

To reduce sodium intake, soups or stews are

They no longer eat it well unless it's the main side dish.

Please try to eat a lot of leafy greens instead.

Many people tend to eat less rice but more side dishes.

Then, unless it's a low-sodium diet,

It seems to ultimately lead to excessive sodium intake.

I generally don't like salty foods.

Use low-sodium soy sauce, burdock root, lotus root, carrot, and cabbage.

Zucchini and other vegetables are sometimes simply steamed without any seasoning.

Save one spoonful of brown rice and one side dish.

It subtly feels more filling when eaten with vegetable wraps.

Actually, since I don't have a dream of longevity, rather...

I'm so worried that I might live too long.

But I should stay healthy while I live!!

So I also pay attention to my diet along with exercising.
