(Concern) Hip joint pain

I have been walking nearly 10,000 steps every day for four years. Recently, my hip joint sometimes hurts. It also makes cracking sounds, and I feel pain, so I'm worried. These days, I have been reducing walking and mainly swimming, but I still experience pain.ㅠ

I was less worried because it's a part that constantly hurts, but hip pain is a serious issue.

I'm upset because my joints seem to be aging faster than my age, and I worry that I've been overusing them all this time.

My father also had both artificial hip surgeries. Can it be caused by genetics? Please recommend good supplements or stretching exercises for the hips.

    아는 분도 정말 등산애호가셨는데 고관절 통증으로 요즘은 평지만 걸으시던데;;;
    요가 자세들 중에 고관절 통증에 좋은 스트레칭 여러가지 있어요 한번 검색해보셔요

    나이들면서 고관절도 많이 신경써야겠더라구요 전 요가를 하는데 요가에도 고관절에 좋은 자세가 많아요~ 검색하면 나올꺼 같은데 찾아보시고 따라해보시면 한결 시원하고 편해지실꺼에요

    하루에 이만보씩 4년째면.. 
    무릎에 너무 무리가 가는건 아닐까요 ㅠ

    에구 안타깝네요. 하루 이만보이상 걸으면 엄청난 운동량인데 고관절이 아프면 걸음수를 자제해야 할것 같네요
