I visited for a biopsy after a breast health screening, and both the doctor and nurses were so kind that I felt much less anxious. I was shown in right away without any waiting, and they calmly and kindly explained the examination process and what would happen afterward. I wasn’t prescribed any medication, and I was told that I would receive the results later. Thanks to their thoughtful care, I was able to receive treatment comfortably.

The hospital was clean and had a nice atmosphere. The nurses were also very kind. The doctor explained the basics so clearly and understandably for a patient who didn’t know the first thing about thyroid issues. There were many private consultation rooms, so I could tell they were making an effort to protect patients’ privacy. They performed the fine-needle biopsy under anesthesia perfectly and very thoroughly.

I visited to get a breast ultrasound. I was nervous and worried before the exam, but they explained everything calmly, which helped me feel much more at ease. They also carried out the examination very carefully, and because they found a tumor, I had a biopsy as well. Overall, the staff were kind and the atmosphere was comfortable, so I felt less anxious.

The inside is clean, the staff is friendly, and I'm really happy with how thorough the examination was.
