They also checked inside my nose as needed and explained whether there was any inflammation, telling me that overusing my vocal cords could also be a factor. Along with prescribed medication, I was advised to drink warm water frequently and rest my voice, which would help with recovery. After the consultation, I took the medicine and managed it for a few days, and my hoarse voice gradually decreased and the feeling of something stuck in my throat improved a lot. The medical staff explained everything calmly, so even though it was my first visit, I felt comfortable.
