After bumping my arm, the bruise spread and it hurt every time I pressed on it, so I went to Orthopedics for an evaluation. When I showed the injured area in the exam room, the medical staff checked how extensive the bruising and swelling were and examined the area by pressing on the most painful spot. They slowly moved my elbow and wrist to see whether there was any limitation in joint movement, and also checked whether there were any problems with sensation or movement in my fingers. They explained the tests that might be needed to check whether the impact had caused any damage to the bone. After the examination, I was advised not to overuse the bruised area and to manage the swelling and pain with cold compresses at first. They also explained that I should come back for another evaluation if the bruise spread further or if my arm became severely swollen and difficult to move.

I had an ankle sprain and was looking for a hospital. I heard this place was good, so I decided to visit. They took X-rays and prescribed some medication. I'm satisfied.
