The far-infrared treatment afterward seemed to take about 15 minutes, and thanks to the kind physical therapist, I was able to have a comfortable treatment even though it was a short session. If you go at the right time, you can receive treatment comfortably in a quiet and cozy atmosphere, so I recommend Shinsung. They also looked into my usual exercise habits, my choice of footwear, and whether I spend a lot of time standing. After the examination, I received treatment aimed at alleviating the pain, and I was guided on lifestyle changes to reduce strain on my knees as well as stretching methods. We reviewed my condition before and after treatment, and I was informed that if my symptoms persisted, additional consultations might be necessary. This examination was thorough, not just focusing on the painful area, but also carefully checking joint movement and function, which helped me understand my current condition in detail.
