Sim Gyuhwa Ear, Nose and Throat Clinic

I had visited because I had a cold and a sore throat. I was feeling quite unwell with the body aches and cough and phlegm. When I arrived, there were more patients than I expected, so I had to wait a bit, but the doctor, even amidst their busyness, calmly asked me about my symptoms one by one. They were very friendly, so the wait wasn't too uncomfortable. To get a better look at my throat, they did a throat endoscopy and showed me on the screen what parts were inflamed and explained in detail why I was experiencing these symptoms, which I found very helpful. The overall cleanliness of the clinic was also impressive, and after taking the medication, my body aches settled down first, and my throat pain and cough slowly improved. I remember this ENT clinic because they didn’t rush through the examination despite the number of patients.

This is the hospital I originally went to. The staff is friendly, and my symptoms improve right after the treatment, so I'm satisfied and keep coming back.
