I visited Bundang Welltop Neurosurgery because of the pain. There were several patients waiting, so I had to wait a little, but I was happy with how kindly the doctor examined me and responded to my concerns. After the consultation, I received physical therapy and went home. I was satisfied because it was a hospital where I felt at ease.

I visited the hospital based on my partner's recommendation, and the reception staff were friendly. Even though I went without an appointment, I didn't have to wait long to see the doctor, who listened carefully and was very kind. I had been delaying going because I was in pain from my toe, thinking I could manage it, but when I finally went, the doctor said there was a lot of inflammation and that I needed a procedure. Now I regret not going to the hospital sooner and just had the procedure done. I'm going back in a week to check on the treatment area. During the procedure, they did their best to make me feel comfortable, and the nurse helping out was also very gentle and caring. It's a clinic that I'd like to recommend to many friends. Even though it's a private hospital, the facilities were clean and pleasant. I settled the bill and received my prescription, and since it's summer, they advised me to take good care of the treatment area.

I had been living with a herniated disc for a long time, and as long as there were no major issues, it wasn’t really a problem. But recently, after exercising, I started experiencing pain accompanied by sciatica. 1. I received an ultrasound-guided injection into the area of the disc. The doctor’s hands were so calm and precise, carefully locating the exact spot and performing the procedure with such genuine care that I was really impressed. Since the needle goes into the inside of the lower back, there can naturally be some pain, but the doctor kept checking whether I was hurting and treated me very considerately. 2. After the injection, the physical therapists also spent about five minutes carefully examining me and loosening up the area before starting treatment. It was amazing how they found the exact spots, almost like magicians, and worked on them precisely. 3. The woman at the reception desk always greets me so brightly, and after I had gone a few times, she even remembered my name, so I feel much more comfortable visiting the hospital! 4. I was surprised to see that they had prepared drinks for patients to enjoy. I really appreciated how generously they provide things for their patients. I’ve been receiving treatment for about two weeks, and I’m gradually getting better. After completing the required number of physical therapy sessions, I also personally signed up for manual therapy. The physical therapist is so skilled that I couldn’t help but continue 😅 I’m genuinely happy that there’s such a skilled and wonderful hospital in my neighborhood 👍🏻
