I got my third cartilage injection. There’s still fluid buildup, so my leg feels heavy and achy. I also have wrist tenosynovitis, so I had paraffin therapy as well.

I regularly get cartilage injections, and since six months had passed, I went in today for another one. They suggested taking an X-ray to check whether my legs had become bowlegged. After taking the X-ray, the doctor told me that my legs were relatively straight. Looking at the image, I could tell that the right side was slightly rotated from its normal alignment. I was also prescribed a joint supplement and pain-relieving anti-inflammatory medication!

I had a bad cough, and it made my upper back hurt a lot for about a week. I went to the orthopedist to get a prescription for muscle relaxants and joint supplements. He prescribed me joint supplements, pain relievers, medication for spinal stenosis, and muscle relaxants for 10 days. After the doctor's examination, I applied a hot pack to my back and got some infrared treatment and a massage. I feel like it's a bit better, but I hope to recover quickly. He advised me to keep up the good management as I have been. He also suggested that I go for physical therapy, so I received heat treatment and muscle therapy around my lower back. I asked if I could primarily focus on my neck during the manual therapy, and the male physical therapist was so dedicated in massaging around my neck. It was both painful and refreshing at the same time; it really felt great. I wonder if it’s because the carotid artery passes through there or if my neck muscles are just really tense, but it hurt where he pressed. Maybe it's from looking at my phone a lot, but my neck has been really stiff and painful lately. I think I should come in occasionally for neck massages.

I came in to get tested for osteoporosis and to get arthritis medication because my hip is hurting and I'm worried about osteoporosis. As always, the doctor was kind and provided a detailed examination without any change, and the results of the osteoporosis test were good, so no further treatment was necessary. They also provided physical therapy, which I received nicely and it felt great.
