The wait was long. The building was clean and there were plenty of nurses, but I was surprised by how many patients there were. The examination was quick, and the people performing the tests were nice. However, I wish the reception staff had smiled; their demeanor wasn’t great for the hospital's image. The director was busy, yet took the time to explain everything in detail, and when I came in for surgery, he mentioned the pros and cons and suggested what to do next, which made me trust him more. I think I will come here again.

I just went for my eye sight check-up. Even with an appointment, the wait was long.

My eyes have been itchy and uncomfortable for a few days, so I visited. The nurses were friendly, and the equipment for the exams was state-of-the-art, which I appreciated. The doctor was also very kind and attentive, and I am satisfied.

The staff were friendly, from the front desk to the nurses. I saw the doctor in Room 3, and I didn’t feel like they were particularly kind or explained things in much detail, but they weren’t unfriendly either... It was just okay overall. I was directed to the doctor with the shortest wait, so maybe that’s why... haha.

Dr. Lee Jung-hye, who recently joined the clinic, examined me. I visited because my health screening suggested that I might have a retinal condition in my right eye and that I needed a more thorough examination. She said the test results showed that it was slightly thinner than usual, but there was nothing abnormal. She also said that I need to have regular eye checkups.

The nurses are kind, and the doctor explains things well. I'm satisfied... There's two hours of free parking, so I can park comfortably in the underground parking lot.

Due to unavoidable circumstances, I came in the day after having stitches removed from my upper eyelid surgery for a cataract exam. Before the appointment, there were many technicians or staff doing various tests, and one of them decided to take a picture of my eye. They grabbed my eyelid with their bare hands (without disinfecting the equipment beforehand or even using hand sanitizer) and ended up tearing my stitched eyelid again. I had clearly asked them to be careful. Later, I realized that this person didn't even know what upper eyelid surgery was. It's ridiculous because I know this hospital does upper eyelid surgeries. The doctor seemed nice, but the overall atmosphere of the hospital was chaotic, and it felt like the staff wasn't well trained. As a result, my stitches have opened up, leaving a scar and making the eyelid uneven. I'm considering a revision surgery for my eyelid.

I went to the ophthalmologist because my eyes felt dry and uncomfortable, and they explained the cause to me very clearly. The examination and treatment were very thorough, which made me feel reassured. After the treatment, my symptoms improved significantly, and my vision became much more comfortable.

I've had ocular allergy symptoms for three months, and it's gotten so much better. I had terrible floaters in my eyes, but today they've almost completely disappeared, and I can't express how happy I am. I followed the doctor's instructions, and thankfully it improved.

I go regularly because of my Myoguard prescription. Everyone is friendly.

The hospital facilities are fine and the medical staff is friendly.
