Samsung Top Orthopedic Clinic

April 3, 2026, I visited Samsung Top Orthopedic Clinic in Dasan. I go there once a week for shockwave therapy and physical therapy because of plantar fasciitis in the soles of my feet! The doctor and nurses are all so kind, so this is a clinic I recommend ^^

Hello. I visited Samsung Top Orthopedic Clinic at around 9 a.m. on Thursday, June 18, 2026.~ I didn’t make an appointment, but there weren’t many people, so I barely had to wait hehe I’ve been getting shockwave therapy along with physical therapy once a week for plantar fasciitis. As usual, I saw the doctor that day and went straight in for treatment. It takes about an hour to get both the shockwave and physical therapy treatments. It hurts so much during the treatment, but afterward it feels so relieving, which I love!! I’ve been going consistently once a week, and it’s gotten a lot better^^ The doctor is kind, and there’s absolutely no unnecessary treatment, so if you’re in pain or hurting, you should give this clinic a try. I highly recommend it!!

When the floor at home gets wet, the surface becomes very slippery. I was in a hurry on a slippery floor, suddenly lost my balance, and fell hard, causing considerable pain in my left calf and knee, so I went to the clinic. After Dr. Jeon Jong-hyun, the head director of the Orthopedics department here, examined my leg, I had an X-ray and received physical therapy. My left knee was slightly swollen and painful, so they used a knee brace to help reduce the swelling and inflammation. Since I had quite a bit of discomfort and pain in my calf whenever I walked, they treated that area in the physical therapy room with warm laser heat therapy. I did not need any medication. After the physical therapy, which used warm heat to relieve the pain in the affected area, I felt that the aching discomfort and tingling sensation in my calf had improved significantly. My recovery took about three to four days, and the pain and uncomfortable swelling improved within a few days, so I am satisfied with the treatment at the hospital.

Treatment received: left knee, right pelvis Doctor in charge: Dr. Jeon Jong-hyun Recovery period: from October 26 to November 20 I felt pain in my knee and pelvis, so I visited the hospital. After the shockwave therapy, I received physical therapy for three days, superficial heat therapy, and low-level laser rehabilitation therapy, and then continued with shockwave therapy again, followed by another three days of physical therapy. After repeatedly undergoing treatment, my knee pain has significantly improved. My back is a chronic issue, so I need to receive long-term treatment and take care of it well. Sometimes, if I sleep too much or sleep wrong, I feel pain in my back again, and each time I need hospital treatment, but I have to be careful personally. The medical expenses were quite high. Shockwave therapy... it's tough.

I visited around 9 AM on Friday, February 13, 2026. I didn't have a reservation and just walked in. Fortunately, there weren't many people. I went there mainly for the pain in my feet, and after seeing the doctor, we decided to do ultrasound treatment and physical therapy together. The total time was about an hour, and I received the ultrasound treatment followed by physical therapy right after. I got to lie down for it, which was nice, haha. I'm still experiencing a lot of symptoms, so I'll have to keep coming weekly, but I'm glad I can get treated comfortably every time I come, haha. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs orthopedic care! Everyone is really friendly, and there’s no over-treatment!

I visited around 9 AM on Friday, February 20, 2026. (I thought there might be a lot of people after the New Year holiday, so I went early!) I didn't make a reservation and just walked in. I've been coming once a week for almost a month now, and I love that there’s no wait when I go early in the morning! Today, I received shockwave therapy and physical therapy again because of my plantar fasciitis. It took about an hour, and the physical therapist was incredibly thorough and paid great attention to detail. I'm always satisfied because everyone is so friendly! Haha, I highly recommend Samsung Top Orthopedics if anyone has foot pain~ Everyone is kind, and the equipment (?) is good too! Haha By the way, I really hope I get better soon.... 😞

I visited around 9:10 AM on Friday, February 27, 2026. I didn't make an appointment and just walked in. Since it was early in the morning, there weren't many people, so I didn't have to wait long. I'm coming once a week for my plantar fasciitis, getting shockwave therapy and physical therapy. After seeing the doctor today, I made my payment, grabbed my paperwork, and received my treatment. The treatment takes about an hour! It seems like I did about 10 minutes of shockwave therapy, a minute of physical therapy, and then around 30 minutes of electrical and infrared therapy, haha. I hope I get better soon! If anyone is going to an orthopedic clinic, I recommend Samsung Top Orthopedic Clinic. Everyone there is super friendly!

Hello. I visited Samsung Top Plastic Surgery around 9 AM on Friday, March 13, 2026. I didn’t make a reservation and just walked in right away! There wasn't much of a wait. I come here once a week for treatment for my plantar fascia (plantar fasciitis). This time, after a quick consultation with the doctor, I received shockwave therapy and physical therapy. It took about an hour; it hurts a lot while receiving it, but afterwards, it feels amazing... There’s no over-treatment, and I appreciated that they gave me the choice to receive treatment if I wanted. I have to go back in a week.. haha I recommend this hospital for anyone experiencing pain!!

I visited this hospital because my left knee was swollen to the point that I couldn't kneel. They asked detailed questions about my knee and provided a thorough examination with knee arthroscopy and X-rays. There was a lot of fluid in the cartilage area, so they drained it with a syringe, and since there was inflammation, I also got an injection in the inflamed area. I received very kind care.

The doctor was so attentive, and I was truly moved by the comfortable care I received at the hospital... It's not easy to be moved in a hospital, but it was really comfortable...

*The doctor is kind and considerate. I received treatment without unnecessary procedures and it was painless. The facilities are very clean and the other staff members were friendly too.
