The clinic is always clean, and I like that the play area and waiting room are separate. It's great to be able to check the waiting order in advance when I make a reservation.

When my grandchild returned home from kindergarten, he looked gloomy and lacked energy. I checked his temperature and found he had a slight fever, which worried me. So, I quickly decided to take him to the Sandul Pediatric Clinic right in front of our house. I registered for an appointment with the nurse despite it being close to the end of office hours, then headed back home to prepare a snack for my grandchild. We left for the clinic before they closed... Thankfully, the waiting list was much shorter, with only two people ahead of us. At that moment, the nurse kindly told us to wait a bit, so I let my grandchild play in the hospital's play area, and he seemed really happy! The waiting play area is also well set up. When we were called in for the appointment, we received a warm welcome, and my grandchild greeted the director doctor comfortably, which created a sense of closeness that I really appreciated. The diagnosis was just the early stages of a cold, and the doctor suggested that it would be good to keep an eye on it, which relieved me a bit. We received a prescription and picked up the medication from the pharmacy before heading home, feeling much better. I truly appreciate the friendliness of the doctor and nurses at this clinic I regularly visit. It brings me peace of mind to have them close by, and I am always grateful for their care.

The doctor doesn’t overprescribe medication, and the nurses at the front are always so kind and helpful, so I’m always satisfied with this clinic. I’ve noticed that they see a lot of very young newborns, too. There must be a reason people keep coming back to Sohakgwan. I’ve been very happy going there, but they don’t offer IV fluid treatment. They can test for the flu and things like that, but not being able to get an IV is a slight downside. There’s also a pharmacy nearby on the same floor, so it’s convenient to go there.

The doctor thoroughly assessed my child's condition first and then explained the symptoms and treatment plan in an easy-to-understand way for the guardian. The doctor's tone was gentle to ensure my child didn't feel anxious, and there was no rush during the examination, which was reassuring. They proceeded with necessary tests and prescriptions without excess, which made me trust the process, and they also provided a simple summary of care methods after the consultation, which was helpful.

The staff is always kind and provides great care. It's usually very busy here, but the quality of care they provide keeps me coming back.
