Bom Bom Ear, Nose and Throat Clinic

I visited because my ears were clogged and uncomfortable. While I was waiting, there were so many people that I asked how long it would take and what times are less busy for my next visit. The nurse, despite being so busy, answered me with a smile, and I was really grateful for that. The doctor mentioned that I had some buildup in my ears and kindly helped me get it out..... They cleaned my ears thoroughly, and it felt really refreshing and neat. They also told me to bring some medicine next time, showing kindness until the very end.... I was thankful to find such a friendly and skilled clinic in the neighborhood. I plan to get treated again soon, and honestly, the thought of going to the clinic doesn't seem so bad after all.

I went to get checked for a neck polyp, and the female doctor examined me thoroughly and even wrote a referral to a tertiary hospital. I really appreciate her kindness and the careful examination without feeling rushed.

The hospital was clean, and most importantly, the female doctor was very attentive during the examination, which gave me a good first impression. The nurses were friendly as well. There were a lot of patients, so I had to wait, but I figured that's probably because they provide good care since so many people come.
