Their attention to even the smallest details gives me confidence, and I’m always happy with the care I receive whenever I visit. Dr. Kim Mina is kind and takes great care of her patients. I was very nervous because it was my first polyp removal procedure, but she also provided excellent follow-up care and treatment. The staff working at the reception desk at Apple OB-GYN’s Pyeongchon branch are all very kind, and the inside of the clinic is clean and pleasant.

I’m so glad I made an appointment in advance! It was pretty busy, maybe because it was my day off or because they’re known for taking good care of their patients!! I came in because of vaginitis, and the doctor also examined the visible wounds unrelated to the vaginitis and prescribed medication for themㅠ (My vulva tends to tear often, but I forgot to mention it.) I really appreciated how kind and calm the doctor was during the examination!! It was Dr. Shin Young-ok~!

I first came here in April this year, and I’ve been coming back ever sinceㅎㅎ All of the doctors and nurses are so kind. They explain everything so well, and I really love itㅎㅎ My older daughter is starting her period now too, so I should bring her in for a checkup sometime!

After going from place to place, this is the clinic I ended up sticking with because of Bizan! There are so many people that if you don’t make an appointment, I’ve often had to wait over an hour—sometimes even up to two hours—so I think appointments are a mustㅠㅠ.... The doctor is kind and I like them!

The best thing about choosing this hospital was how clean the waiting area was. The sofas were comfortable, and the space was well arranged so there was no inconvenience while waiting. I visited because of vaginitis, and they explained everything clearly. I also appreciated how kindly and specifically they explained how to manage it afterward, as well as how to manage menstrual cramps. If I have the same symptoms again, I think I’ll visit Apple OB-GYN again. I could understand why so many people go there! I also liked that they’re open until late.
