I had a blood test, and the nurse was very kind and drew my blood without it hurting much.

I visited due to a bad cold and waited for over 40 minutes. I had a low fever, a stuffy nose, and every time I breathed through my nose, it felt like hot air was coming out. My throat was sore, and I kept alternating between feeling hot and cold. I explained my symptoms, and after the doctor examined my throat and listened to my chest with a stethoscope, I received my prescription. They prescribed me IV fluids and medication, and after a short wait, I moved to the IV room where I got an IV for about an hour. I stopped by the pharmacy to pick up my prescribed medication and then came back home. I hope I recover quickly!

I had a sedated endoscopy, and it was nice that it was over in the blink of an eye. It didn’t hurt at all, and when I opened my eyes, it was already finished~! They were also very good at drawing blood! They checked my blood sugar too, which was convenient. The doctor was kind, and all the nurses were kind as well~! They acted like kindness was just part of who they were! There was even a coffee machine, so I could make myself an Americano, which was really nice~! A lot of places don’t have coffee machines, so I was especially happy they had one here~! You definitely need to bring your ID when visiting the hospital~! These days, it seems like they check everyone’s ID~! They also prescribed my medication well~! Having a pharmacy on the first floor was convenient. I had a pleasant visit. I think it would be nice for you to give it a try.

Ilsanbon Internal Medicine Clinic is a hospital I visit fairly often, so when I felt a little unwell this time, I naturally went back there. Every time I go, I find the overall atmosphere comfortable, from check-in to the consultation, so I never feel pressured. Since I’ve been going there for a long time, the staff also feel familiar, and it’s nice to be able to calmly explain my symptoms during the consultation. Rather than rushing through the appointment, the doctor listened to what was bothering me and, because they know me well, explained the things I needed to know, which put me at ease. It’s not an especially fancy place, but I actually think it’s a good local internal medicine clinic to keep going to regularly. Since I can receive care comfortably at a nearby clinic, I’ll probably continue to visit whenever I need to.
