I visited with my elementary school child, and at first, both of us were quite nervous. But from the registration to the consultation, the staff explained everything kindly at my child's level, which helped us feel reassured. The doctor also spoke calmly to make sure my child wasn’t scared, and answered all the questions in detail, which made me trust him. They didn’t recommend unnecessary tests or treatments, just explained what was needed, which made me even more satisfied. The hospital was clean and well-managed, and the waiting time wasn’t long, making it less burdensome to visit with my child. After the consultation, my child even said it wasn’t scary at all, which was a relief.

My mom goes to the bathroom too often while sleeping. She's having a hard time, so after consulting with the doctor, we got some medication. I hope her bladder gets stronger.
