I visited Samsung Top Internal Medicine for a diabetes test and a nerve conduction study. I had some questions during the testing process, but the doctor explained everything kindly and examined me thoroughly, so I was able to undergo the tests feeling at ease. The nurses also guided me kindly throughout the tests and took such careful care to make sure I was comfortable. It was my first visit, but all the staff were friendly overall, and the atmosphere was comfortable, so I was able to receive my consultation and tests without feeling any pressure. They also explained the test results clearly, so I was very satisfied with my visit.

It’s a very large hospital, enough to be considered a general hospital. It seems to have two or three floors, and one of the floors appears to be for health check-ups. So, it doesn’t seem to be open all the time; the health check-up hours seem to be mostly in the morning. The general internal medicine consultation seems to take up an entire floor of the building, and there are many medical staff available, so it seems like patients are matched with doctors based on their specific expertise, and the waiting time isn’t too long, which is a big advantage for patients who want to get their consultations done quickly. Additionally, the building has various departments, so when you need consultations from different specialties, you can handle everything at once like in a general hospital, which makes it excellent in terms of location.

I recently had an endoscopy at a gastroenterology clinic. The doctor was very kind and explained everything thoroughly, from the preparation process before the procedure to the precautions afterward, which made me feel at ease. The procedure itself only took about 10 minutes and there was almost no pain, although I felt a bit uncomfortable and had a sensation of something in my throat. Kind and attentive nurses The route from the changing room to the blood draw, ultrasound, and endoscopy waiting area could easily have been confusing, but the nurses kindly guided me at every step with bright smiles. I’m especially nervous whenever I have to have blood drawn because I’ve always been afraid of needles, but they spoke to me warmly, saying, "I’ll make sure it’s over quickly and doesn’t hurt," and finished it in an instant with such skill that I didn’t feel any pain at all. I was really impressed by how thoughtfully they looked after me throughout the examination so that I never had to wait too long between tests.

I went in for a health checkup and had a gastroscopy. There was quite a long wait because it was crowded, but I got it done and came home safely.

I am a diabetic patient, one month in. I was a bit taken aback at first, but Dr. Lee at Samsung Top Internal Medicine was very kind and explained everything thoroughly. The nurses were also friendly and sweet, which I really appreciated. Compared to another internal medicine clinic I went to before, this place is just so much better. I had a gastroscopy and colonoscopy on the advice of my doctor, and I'm really glad I did. They called the polyps that could potentially progress to cancer 'adenomas'!!! Fortunately, they were removed cleanly!
