The director personally attended to me and asked in detail when the pain started, my working posture, and my sleeping habits. When explaining the test results, he didn't rush to conclusions but took the time to clarify my current condition step by step, which made it easy to understand. While there was no immediate need for major treatment, he advised that neglect could worsen the condition, so we decided to proceed with lifestyle management and treatment simultaneously. After a few sessions of physical therapy, I noticed the stiffness in my neck decreasing little by little, and the tingling in my arm also lessened over time. After the treatment, he provided simple guidance on movements to be cautious of and stretching methods to do at home, which was very helpful. The clinic didn't have a flashy or overly promotional atmosphere, but it generally felt focused on care and treatment. I'm very thankful to the director for significantly reducing my pain.
