First of all, I like that they offer valet parking. If you go to the first floor, the valet attendants park your car for you, and after your appointment and a trip to the pharmacy, you can just have them bring your car around. Registration is on the second floor, but it gets extremely crowded on weekends, so weekday afternoons are the quietest and have the shortest wait, in my experience. All of the doctors are very kind, and the staff are quick and efficient—maybe because many of them have been working there for a long time. When I don't have time during the day, I come in for the evening on-call appointments, so I've seen several different doctors, and every one of them has been really kind. Even when there's a long wait, they take the time to examine you thoroughly instead of rushing through it. I came in today to get an IV drip, and the operating room staff are kind as well. It's convenient having an OB-GYN like this nearby, and I've been coming here easily.
