I visited because I had cold symptoms. This is the local ENT clinic I’ve been coming to for a long time whenever I’m unwell. The doctor is kind and thorough. The medication I got here works quickly, unlike the prescriptions I got from other ENT clinics—I feel better in about three days. The doctor prescribes about three days' worth of medication and advises me that my symptoms might change, so if I’m not feeling better, I should come back in three days for a follow-up and new prescription. I appreciate that the medication is tailored to my symptoms. The staff at the front desk are all friendly and great! Luckily, there was no wait today, so I was seen quickly.
