The fever was persistent and I felt completely drained, so after the consultation, I decided to get a Tamiflu injection. Taking pills for several days is tough, but since I could resolve it with one injection, I chose that option. It definitely feels like my recovery has been much faster after getting the shot. Especially for someone like me in their 40s, it’s hard to take time off and rest even when I’m sick. I worry about my family’s health and feel pressured to return to my routine quickly, but this time I made a good choice with the hospital and managed to get through it quickly. The facilities were clean, and the reception staff were friendly, so I left feeling good after my appointment. Thanks to the doctor at the Korean ENT clinic, this flu has passed relatively smoothly. I came in the morning, and there weren’t many patients, so I was able to see the doctor without much waiting. Besides just a simple cold, I was diagnosed with rhinitis, and I received an easy explanation by comparing images of my swollen nose to a normal state through a camera. They also conducted an allergy test, and while they tested for various allergic responses, luckily there were no abnormal findings. I appreciated that they helped me get the necessary paperwork for reimbursement. They prescribed me a short course of medication for a follow-up visit, and I felt better quickly.
